The Juice Barista is home-based business which is co-owned by a good friend Maika Perez who I met through a yoga retreat 2 years ago and eventually became my student in Barre3. She was kind and gracious enough to send me samples and deliver them to me personally! Such a sweet sweet girl! This drink contains essential nutrients like vitamins A and C as well as a high concentration of beta-carotene. These nutrients act as antioxidants to reduce free radicals in the body, thus preventing cholesterol form becoming oxidized. This was my favorite out of the whole group because I really loved the hint of cinnamon combined with the apple flavor. It married perfectly together!

Tomatoes are packed with a whole lot of vitamin c and phytonutrients that both are fat killer. Vitamin C is what enables our bodies to burn fat that is already stored with exercise.
